When interacting with the guest, remember that they should be treated with respect even if they treat you friendly, call guest by their last names unless they ask you to call them by their first names,

  • Don’t touch the guests or pet them on their back
  • Don’t pick up the children, some parents don’t appreciate that.
  • Don’t Stare at people, this considered rude
  • Services should be non-intrusive yet attentive
  • Don’t be negative if you know something can not be done as what the guest request, always accommodate them by saying “Sir/ Madam, allow me to call my supervisor to see what we can do about that”, Never say NO to the guest.
  • Always use a polite word on your sentences, avoid a verbal abuse kind of languages.
