Cold Kitchen also called appetizer prep (preparation), this area only for cold item processing such as salad, cold appetizer, cold soup, fruits or any cold cuts including assorted chesses.

Pastry more focus on preparation of desserts item and any kinds of cakes, sweets creativity.

Actually, bakery is part of the pastry but practically has separated area in processing the product, bakery only produces items related with bread such as danishes and whole bread variety.
